Asteroid will hit Earth on Tuesday

An asteroid the size of a small car has been predicted to hit the Earth early Tuesday morning. Italy's University of Pisa calculated the odds that the object will encounter the Earth’s atmosphere at between 99.8 percent and 100 percent. Although the asteroid will be travelling at 45,000 km/h it is unlikely to pose any threat to the planet. It is due to hit the Earth’s atmosphere over Northern Africa at 02:46 GMT/UTC [CNN / Fox News / NASA].

Nice job at early warning, an object the size of a "small car" is found today and should burn up in the atmosphere ...today......nothing like proving that keeping an eye out for possible situations is working so well....
