Financial markets around the world have begun to recover losses after the US interest-rate was cut at the end of last week. London's FTSE 100 index was up 0.85% by 1050BST, Germany's Dax-30 added 0.6%, and France's Cac-40 gained 1.05%. Earlier, Japan's Nikkei share index had closed 3% up, while Hong Kong's Hang Seng index ended 5.6%. [
